These terms and conditions apply to all competitions, giveaways, and promotions (collectively referred to as "Promotions") run by Fashionly Ltd ("we", "us", "our") on our website, social media channels, or through any other platform.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control.
Winners are responsible for any tax liability arising from winning a prize.
Winners will be notified within the timeframe specified in the promotional materials, using the contact details provided at entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the winner, unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery.
We may require winners to provide proof of identity, age, and residence before delivering the prize.
By entering a Promotion, you agree that if you win, we may use your name, image, and entry (if applicable) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
